My life journey has taken me to various landscapes during the past 20 years with different educations, practices, as well as places to live on this earth. All of them, however, have been a part of my quest—to remember and reclaim the mystical connection to life that is so essential and yet forgotten, which has always been within. I call it healing, and today, I work through our “womb space.”
I call it “womb space” from an inclusive perspective—from the anatomical womb to its energetic archetype as a co-creator, life-bearer and -nurturer, primordial link to nature, as well as the connection with our ancestry and our own creation his/her-story—where our life has begun.
I see the womb to be a significant doorway for healing, especially for women. There is a saying that the womb is our second heart, not only because of its shape, but because it also fills and empties the blood, as well as having the capacity to feel, love, hold, and empathize. The more you practice to listen, nurture, and honor this sacred space, the more it allows you to love and care where you have come from, who you truly are, and what you will create and leave behind.
In my offering, combined with my Japanese-Eastern cultural heritage, I source from various somatic/body-centered healing modalities that I have studied and continue to practice, such as Craniosacral Biodynamics, Somatic Therapy, Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, TCM, Macrobiotic, Pelvic Steaming (Peristeam Hydrotherapy), Soul Motion™, Body-Mind Centering®, as well as Sound Healing.
I am also currently enrolled in the Prenatal and Perinatal Educator Certification Program by APPPAH (The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and continue to study further in the area of pre and perinatal work as I strive to become a best support and resource for women and children throughout their passage of pre-conception (fertility), conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
